My M5S PRO GPS will not charge while it is mounted in cradle on my motorcycle. Wiring was done professionally, and GPS starts automatically when motorcycle is turned on, indicating that there is power going to the cradle, but unit will not charge while motorcycle is running. Also, navigation app in unit will not send voice directions to paired Fodsports FX8 headset. Is there a firmware upgrade to fix these issues? If not. I want to return this item.
