I ordered two sets of the f2 headsets. First set powers on and off fine. The second set only powers on when plugged in first then it turns on and off fine. After it sits off for a while it will not turn back on until it is plugged in to power source again. It has 100% battery but has to be plugged in to turn on the first time.

I have an FX8 pro that I bought to try. On my headset, the one on the right was the one that lost sound.
I stopped using it while I try to find a replacement headset.
But I tried the unit again several minutes ago and the right one had sound again.

I also have two M1-S plus units with 3 headsets installed on three helmets (I just transfer the main unit to the other helmet I use, the other helmet is for my wife).
One of the headset I have has a weak left sound compared to the right. The others are relatively balanced.

Hello There
Is it possible to connect my FX2 intercom to my Tom tom sat nav via Bluetooth.
When trying to pair together, the sat nav does not recognise the fx2 headset.Any ideas ?

The LH helmet speaker has gone dead on my FX8. Any tips on tracking down a cure. I am hard of hearing as is so need both speakers working.
