- Intercom’s volume is down too low;
- Microphone and speaker cable are not plugged in firmly;
- Microphone and speaker cable are not plugged into the right port;
- Speaker gets damaged;
- Plugin port on the intercom was damaged.
You can check about the settings, cables and intercom and make sure they are connected rightly.
If you have another same model intercom (work normally) in your hand, you can connect its microphone and headphone cable to the intercom with the problem to test it. By exchanging and test, you can quickly find out the cause of the issue.
